Cancellation Policy
Last updated: February 7, 2026We want satisfied customers, not hostages. That's why we make it easy to cancel — no phone calls, no questions asked.
How to Cancel
Navigate to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription". That's it.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your data (sheets, API keys, webhooks) remains accessible
- If you want full account deletion, contact us
Account Deletion
- Request full deletion via contact@haporium.com
- Data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Backups purged within 60 days
- This action is irreversible
Inactive Account Policy
- Trial accounts: removed after 60 days without upgrade
- Free accounts: removed after 365 days of inactivity
- Frozen accounts (billing failure): removed after 180 days
We'll email you before removing an inactive account.
Prorating
We don't automatically prorate unused time. But if you just started a billing cycle or haven't used the service recently, contact us — we'll treat you right. See our Refund Policy.
