Terms of Service

By using SheetAPI.pro, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

SheetAPI.pro provides a REST API layer on top of Google Sheets. We enable you to read, write, update, and delete data in your spreadsheets via standard HTTP requests.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for your account security and API keys
• One person or entity per account
• You must be 16+ years old to use the service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent them
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Store or transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Resell the service without permission
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service

4. API Availability

• We aim for high availability but provide no SLA for Free and Starter plans
• Pro and Enterprise plans: best-effort 99.9% uptime
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Google Sheets API outages are outside our control

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your Google Sheets content. We only access data necessary to provide the service.

6. Payment & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• Prices are in EUR (euros)
• You can cancel anytime (see Cancellation Policy)
• Refunds handled per our Refund Policy

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Fail to pay after grace period
• Abuse the service or other users

We will notify you by email before taking action when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

SheetAPI.pro is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Paris, France.
